have a friend who entered here in usa other other name and lives under his real name want to get his work permit is it possible and how soon?

Your friend would appear to have entered the U.S. withou inspection and therefore is now living here illegally, and if such is the case, he should immediately depart for his home country from whence he came before he is automatically barred from coming here again for up to 10 years if he's found out and detained by "ICE" authorities from the Department of Homeland Security.
