Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

is this harassment??
I have a two part question. My employer wrote me up for no call no show. My apartment caught on fire and I had to to leave the apartment right away. my cell phone was left inside with my boss's phone number in it. so i was unable to call my boss to let him know why I wouldn't be at work. Can he still wite me up.

Second. He changed my schedule. In the past he always did a shift bid. This time he changed it with out asking if it would be ok with me. Can he do that. I think he needed to do a shift bid so i could pick first since i am the most senior. he only changed my schedule and lefted others alone.
