Can a large company allow managers to verbally abuse and harass their employees?

If you mean, can the company legally allow its
managers to abuse and harass company employees,
the answer, surprisingly, is yes, as long as the abuse and harassment occurs within the confines of the Commonwealth and no federally protected categories are involved nor employment contract provisions which might protect such employees
from such abuse and/or harassment.
