Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

harrassment by group

being harrassed,some management has been fratinizing, gave all my information to a collection agency and when that agency asked with whom they were speaking to, the front office employee, told them another employee name whom had nothing to do with the front office, supervisors have called me ''bitch'',have writen them up on more than one occassion and nothing has been done. I have been passed for more than 10 jobs,and knew I was qualified. been at the job for more than 10 years. just too much to handle from a school system.
