Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

have been hire for human resource transportion and have been in trainning for a little over a month.i have been placed with a route which two people have to be on .the person that drives with me is a danger to my self as well as the people we service.i have went to my boss and dispatcher about the promble,up until last friday nothing was done i was told i had to ride with him.friday evening after my day route my boss told the dispatcher to put me on the other routes so i can learn them and being i have a cdl i was needed as a floater,i asked about me having to ride with my regular person he told me don't worrie about that, i'm going on other routes.comes monday everything change,i was told to go home because i didn't want to ride with my regual driver and my boss didn't have any other run to put me on.than he went to his boss and said i sent her home because she refuse to go on the route.i went back to work to talk to his boss and she said i was sent home because i refused to work.i not only was sent home for the day but the whole week with out pay. than the big boss sends an e-mail saying she could not address my concerns at the time we meet but she made some inquries into it and i was right and in december she will try to arang a route.december? why ? i have tto train as i been trainning why not put me on with someone else in the mean time? but mean while i have to sit home no pay but she her self said i was right. please tell me what can i do. thank you

Unless the issues you've described with your current employment situation are somehow covered by a contract or collective bargaining type of agreement, I would have to say that you appear to be without a remedy.
