Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

If I was hired at a church by the pastor and am under contract, is it legal for someone else that doesn't want me there to change the lock and keep me out of my office.

I would not worry (if I were you) about legalities in this situation. Simply

go to the man who hired you, i.e., the pastor and explain what's been going on and that you must have unrestricted access to your office in order to perform the

work for which you've been contracted to do.
