Hiring under false pretense

I found a job and they hired me as a assistant manager. When my 90 days was up I havent receive my health insurance package so i called the main office to see when i will receive it I was told that i am a leasing consultant not an assistant manager. What can i do

Call headquarters back to determine whether there's been some kind of mistake, but, if not, and your official job title is "leasing consultant", whether that means you've been hired as an independent contractor without company benefits?

Once you have that issue clarified, you should know whether or not it's feasible for you to continue in your employment with this particular outfit.
