Hostile work enviroment

I am a manager at a restaurant. I work with three other managers. One of the three I work with makes working there hell. She cusses, slams things, and throws things all day. I (and others) have told the supervisor and nothing has been done. Is there any legal action i can take?

The hostile work environment which you have described, apparently, is not associated with any sexual harassment or discrimination, clearly prohibited by federal law, and, therefore, would

not constitute a viable basis for suit against the employer.
