Hostile Work Enviroment

Hello-

I have a question in regards to this subject-

I am currently a Club Manager at a private National club in warrenton va. I have been demeaned in front of patrons and employees- my authority has been diminished by the actions of the executive board possibly voiding my written employment contract and I have been accused of embezzeling a large sum of money which they proved I did not do last week. What is my possible action here?
