hourly schedule changes
Can an employer change an hourly workers work schedule? They have changed my hours to a different shift. They stated taht do to lay off the change was needed. They also said they schedule to the nneds of the business, not to the needs of the employee.
any help would be great. I can not work they schedule that has been written for me.

Yes, the employer can make such changes in the hourly work schedule of an employee.
