Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
My husband was hired at a va. Bistro as a GM. One day before his 90 days were up he was fired. No reason at all. Direct quote was "it was a tough decision but we have to let you go". This was after he worked over an hour of his scheduled shift to get them out of the weeds in the kitchen. Can we do anything?
