Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

my husband was hired yesterday and fired today. now the problem is that his supervisor made racist comments. his supervisor told him and another black male that he did not like them, and that he was going to put them together becasuse "they understand each other" instead of put him with some one of another race. so he let both of them go. now his reason was that his job performace was not up to part although other employee to them that they was doing a good job.

Your husband has around 300 days to lodge his formal complaint

with the EEOC(Equal Employment Opportunity Commission)alleging

discrimination based upon his race and to request an investigation of

the situation that led to his firing after apparently only one day on the job.
