Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I am an international student on OPT. The expiration date is May 31st 2010. I have an MBA from virginia tech. I do not currently have any job offers. What options do I have of staying on?

I believe that if the status quo described persists until May 31, 2010, you'll

have to depart the U,S, by that date or you'll begin to accrue overstay.
