Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

HI My name is Joe and I live in va. I have one small question, related to employement law. Currently I am full time employee for one mid sized(consultant) company. My question is can I work as a part time for different clien and continue as a full time employee for different company. I am not sure wether it is legal or not?

There is no Virginia law which would prohibit such an arrangement (as far as I know), but one or both of your employers might object to it for a variety of reasons.
