Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Right now I am kind of emotional, frustrate, anxiety about the job and have anger toward my co-worker, HR supervisor and director. I work in this office and in this job for 2 years as staff development program at this department. My job was advertised and HR supervisor had said I could not handle multi tasks and the director said I frustrate because of the job but they did not have any idea what I am doing or nature of my job. I try to tell them I have frustated not because of job but because of my co-worker in the same office. I have complaint about this person before but seems like
