if you were put on the schudule to work 7 days an one of your days was a 9hr shift an you got only a 30min break on that day how many days are you to get off after work that many days?

None, unless you're working under a contract which specifies that you must have a certain number of days off
after working the type of schedule which you;ve described. (All hours, of course, which are worked by salaried employees in excess of 40 in any given work week must be compensated at the time and one half rate of compensation in accordance with U.S. Dept. of Labor regulations.)
