Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I was laid off and I have been collecting unemployment. Unemployment does not cover my bills so I have had to deplete my savings. Now in order to pay my bills I need to make a draw from my IRA. Does an IRA distribution affect my ability to collect my unemployment benifit?
