Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I was laid off in July of this year and was told it was due to lack of work. I have been looking through various web sites for employment. At 64 years old it's pretty tough out there. While looking at a web site I see the company that I was laid off from, advertising for the exact position that I left! What a shock to see this. I want to know what recourse I may have if any. I know that Virginia has crazy laws. I hope that you are able to help or guide me. Thank You Ted Kerr

Perhaps, you may have a claim against this former employer under the

ADEA (Age Discrimination in Employment Act)?
