Laid Off
At work for 2 months unfourntally had to have surgery was out 6 weeks the day I come back to work I am laid off with 4 weeks servance. Can I file an unemployement case as well?

Yes, if you were not laid off for cause
(meaning due to your fault, you may be eligible for unemployment benefits
under the circumstances which you've described.
