Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
A large company has a internal job listing that employees and managers can look throug. They ask before you apply to inform your direct suppervisor. If you apply for a position to see what the possiblity is can they post your job and they if they found a good canidate terminate you even if you have not given notice.
