Hi Law Guru,
I was approved for a 6 week block of FMLA leave to take care of a sick family member. Since I have been approved for leave, they have made my life a hell. I feel singled out, but it might be because they are "reorganizing" the department.
My question is...
Upon my return from leave, if things continue to go south...How soon can I put in a two week notice? I also forgot to mention that my 401k match activates the very day I return to work. Can I just take the match upon my return and leave after a few weeks?

As far as I am aware, there is no issue of law involved with how much advance notice you plan to give your employer regarding your resignation.
As to when you could take the 401K match from your employer, I have no idea, but probably depends upon whatever policy or procedures that the employer has in place regarding such matters.
