Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
What is the law for out of town work and predium? My husband is working out of town and the company he works for is making them pay out of pocket first. Also they only receive $40 a day and hotel comes out of that. I wanted to know if there is a law about this?

No, there is no law in Virginia governing such matters except what may be written is a specific contract for a particular employee involved with such issues in his or her regular employment. Unfortunately, few employees in the Commonwealth(or elsewhere for that matter) enjoy the benefit of working under such contracts.
