Legal liability for pay rol mistake

My HR department failed to deduct money from my salary for my FSA, although the FSA reported receiving the deposit. I've already claimed and received money from my FSA. Now my company wants to collect that money from me. It was my job's mistake. Who is responsible for the missing money?
