Is it legal in Virginia for a company to offer paid leave and refuse to give it to an employee? Requiring the employee to work 12 hour days 7 days a week with no weekend for over 1 month?

Assuming no contract nor collective bargaining type of agreement to

prevent such employee exploitation, the answers must be yes and yes.

However, if the employee is paid on an hourly basis, all hours worked in excess

of 40 in any given week must be paid at time and one half compensation.
