Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Would it be legal in Virginia to fire someone because of their tattoos and/or body piercings and is there a dress code law in Virginia pertaining to tattoos and/or body piercings?

Yes, it would be legal(in my opinion) for an employer to take such action against an employee exhibiting such body ornamentation(absent a contract prohibiting such action), and, no, I am unaware of any such dress code in the Code of Virginia in regard to such ornamentation.
