Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I have a letter from my employer, states that discharges from my current position. The reason is not acceptable to me. What step I can take it?

If you mean that you've been fired from your current position for no good reason (at least from
your perspective), unless you happen to fall into one of the federally protected categories such
as race/ethnicity, gender, age, national origin, etc.,which could provably be discriminatorily involved as a reason for your dismissal, I'd say you're likely without a remedy.
