Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
Two first line managers set me up to be fired by saying they told me I had to work overtime on May 9th. But they did not tell me that, and I proved it with a polygraph test. Can I sue this company for harassment?

The results of polygraph tests are generally not admissible as evidence in court.
