Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Loss of Job.

If i have lost my job due to disobedience of a rule that cannot be found in any rulebook for the company do i have a case for wrongful discharge? I was not given written warning but was given verbal warning.

No, Virginia is a so-called employment-at-will juridiction, meaning that employees(working without a contract) can be terminated at any time for almost any reason which doesn't violate federal anti-discrimination laws.
