Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I have made some errors at a medical office that caused some insurance claims to be denied by the insurer. These affect a physician who contracts with my employer for space, staff, etc. In Virginia, what recourse does he have against me or against the employer/owner of the office?

If the physician were to learn of your errors, he could, of course, sue, naming both you and your employer as defendants. However, that does not mean that he would necessarily prevail in his claims(particularly, if these claims were later approved after resubmission), but it's certainly a possibility.
