Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I need to know as I said if the manager of my restaurant is legally required to post a schedule in view of employees so people can be aware of when they and others are sopose to be at work? I asked this question yesterday and it was responded with another question. That was not real helpful.

that was given which was, of course, there is no such requirement

will jurisdiction known as the Commonwealth of Virginia where employees

working without the protection of a contract can be summarily fired for almost any reason that doesn't violate federal anti-discrimination laws.

(at least until after January 1, 2012).
