Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I am a manager in VA for corperate company that is based out of TN.

It has been brought to my attention that 2 of my disgrantled employees plan to ontact our HR dept and report false claims about myself. Claims ranging from theft to inapropriate behavor in the workplace. And their plan to get supporting documentation, is by bugging my office. My question is, can my company take action based on the information gathered from either the video/audio device since it was collected without my knowledge?

Sure, I don't see why not since Virginia is a so-called one

one state, i.e., where only one party's consent to the recording is required when it comes to determining the legality of it.

Correction: Second line of above answer should read "party state" rather than "one state".
