Can a manager at work bring up my religian when repremanded me at work?

Your manager cannot discriminate against you, i.e., take adverse
action(s) against you such as denying you a promotion or salary increase, giving you a demotion, firing you, etc. on the basis of your religion.
However, unless the reprimand leads to one of the above(or something similar),
I would doubt that you would have any viable claim against this manager and/or your employer for discrimination(if that's what you have in mind).
