Mandatory overtime for salary workers

Can salary workers be made to work madatory overtime, (5 hours during the week and 8 on Sat.) for no extra pay when we are doing the exact same job as the hourly employees? Thank you.

No, under Fair Labor Standard Act rules promulgated by the U.S. Department of Labor, all salaried, nonmanagerial employees must be paid time and one half their regular compensation for all hours worked over 40 in any given work week.
