What is the maximum timeframe prescribed by law whitin which an employer has to inform the employee if his/her demand for worker compensation is acceped?

There is no such time frame (as far as I am aware) involving the employer; the employee has two years from the date of the alleged injury to submit his or her claim for compensation to the Worker's Compensation Commission.
