Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Non payment

I work overseas for a VA university.

I have not been paid for 3 months.

I have been working on 6 month contracts..therei s a contracting problem...So I have worked this whole semster with no contract and no pay. What are my rights?

Whenever you get back to Virginia, you could sue this university for all of your accumulated back pay.
