What options do I have my supervisor aggressively shoved me on top of a roof and my boss told me i have to work under him whether i like it or not he's not going to fire him.

"Aggressively shoved (you) on top of a roof"? How about having him criminally charged with what's colloquially termed A&B in the Commonwealth, i.e., assault and battery?
