Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

The owner gave a relative my job

The owner of the business I work for gave her stepdaughter my job,(which I have had for over 3 years),because the hours suit her better ( due to her daycare situation) than the job she originally hired her for.The owner has given me 30 days to find another job.

Is there any grounds for wrongful termination, even though VA is an ''at will'' state?

Re: The owner gave a relative my job

No, unless the grounds for your termination fall within what's known as the Bowman public policy exception(which it doesn't) or under one of the federally protected categories of Title VII(also,

not applicable to your case),or some provision of the ADA(Americans with Disabilities Act), which,

also, would not appear to apply to your situation,

you are, in effect, without a remedy.
