Paid Vacation

I earned two weeks of paid vacation at my former place of employment. I attempted to use them and was told it wasn't a good time. Since I was fired. I'm I entitled to the two weeks pay?

No, since there is generally no requirement under Virginia law that employers provide their employees with paid vacation time.
