Paid vacation

My wife gave a 1 week notice at her job and was told by the Office Manager that if she didn't work out a 2 week notice she would no be paid her 2 weeks of vacation pay she has already earned. What does the statue say?

Virginia employers have no legal obligation to

provide paid vacations or vacation compensation for their employees.
