Part time job sponsorship

I would like to know if I can get H1 or any other work related sponsorship for a part-time job. I am currently on an H4 visa.

Re: Part time job sponsorship

If you're here on an H4 visa, you're here as a dependent or spouse of an H1B visa holder. Those with H4 visa status are not permitted to have employment. They can, however, have a qualified employer file on their behalf the appropriate petition such as an H1B petition in order to acquire permission to work in the United States in their own right. Petitioners for H1B visa status may be seeking either full or part time work. There is no requirement that such petitioners be seeking only full time positions.
