Pay Dates
The company I work for keeps changing our pay dates every few months. At first they payed us every other week then they started paying us twice a month 10th and 24th, now it is 12 and 26, next month they are changing it to 15th and 30th. Is it legal for them to do this any time they want with no notice to the employees

Yes, quite probably, as long as employees are paid all that they're due by the end of any given month.
