Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
Paychecks unpaid
I have not been paid up to date (am missing a little over 1 paycheck). They owe me a percentage (8% I think) until completely paid off, but I am unable to find information stating such. Where might I be able to find this information?

How could anyone in this particular forum be expected to know that? (Paychecks of employees are not regularly reported in any public database of which I am aware.)
Check with your company's or agency's HR or payroll department and see what they might be able to tell you.
