Paycheks
My former employer told me that he would mail me my last two pay checks, and that he would change my name since I was just married.
He has not mail my paychecks and is now not returning my phone calls. What legal rights do I have and what actions should I take?

File your case in small claims court for the amount that's owed plus reimbursable costs/expenses for around $37.
