Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I received a right to sue letter from EEOC for my discrimination case and I had 90 days to file this case in the federal court. But since I don't know anything at all about the law or how to file a case in court and since I have been unemployed and don't have the money to hire a lawyer to help me, the statue of limitation for filing this case is expired.

Now can I file a motion in federal case to reopen the case so I could file my suit? Thank you.

Unlikely, since there appears to have been no federal court case previously on file to reopen. (You might want to, nevertheless, to recontact the EEOC office which issued the letter to determine what remedy you might be able

to avail yourself of--if any-- under their applicable laws and

regulations.)
