Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I recently resigned (10/24/12) from a huge company, offering to pay $1000 to leave within a 24 hour period, which I accepted. The paperwork states that the payment would be included with the next payroll ( being 11/9/12, minus withholdings), which it was not. I have made several attempts to contact them with no reply. What steps should I follow next, to receive payment? Thank you.

+ court costs (cost of your case filing).
