required agreements

Can an employer (Company) require all employees to sign

an agreement that states that they (company) may terminate the employment relationship at any time for any or no reason?

(This requirement would be after most employees have been on thier jobs for some time)

Why, of course, and why not in an employment at will jurisdiction such as the Commonwealth of Virginia and some 42 other like-minded U.S. jurisdictions.
