If I resign my position and receive unemployment compensation on the basis of age discrimination do I forfeit benefits from the company's retirement plan that I am eligible to receive when I retire.

If you voluntarily resign your position, you will most likely be found to be inelgible for unemployment

compensation under Virginia regulations governing such matters.
