Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

In response to (I removed lawyer's name) this answer given:

Yes, you can appeal the decision of the circuit court to the Virginia Court

of Appeals but this judicial review is likely to be limited

only to issues of law rather than the facts as determined by the VEC.

Va. Code Sec. 60.2-625(A)

Even if the circuit court did not accept my appeal because of lack of funds to pay the $84.00 filing fee?

I have a history of medical evidence to support reasons why and what led to my termination, but the Commission would not admit my medical evidence. Would I petition the Virginia Court to admit that evidence in attempt to overule Commisson's denial of paying me unemployment?

No, you can appeal a decision on the merits but not for failing to make a proper filing with the circuit court.

If you could not afford the $84 filing fee to perfect your appeal

with the circuit court, you should've applied for a waiver of this

fee (in forma pauperis).
