Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Retirement and Pension

I worked for a company between the years 1990 and 1999. After 5 years was fully vested in their retirement. I left the company and didn't check on the retirement. When I called to inquire about it, they said there were no monies in the account. Am I entitled to any employer sponsored contributions?

Re: Retirement and Pension

So, ask them what happened to the monies that presumably were in this account at the time you left the company's employ?
