Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

retirement

i recently quit at my job in virginia and

moved to wisconsin and am having a

terrible time getting my former company

to change my status to terminated and

notify the 401k company so i can do

something with my account . is there any

legal acrion that can be taken for this and

if not what would be the best way to get

this done asap
